Overview

Enfield residents have free access to a suite of online courses and resources for parents-to-be, parents, carers, grand-parents and teenagers in children’s emotional development.

These courses include information on brain development, relationships and behaviour throughout parenting from bump to teen as developed by psychologists, health professionals and parents.

Learn to understand the changes in your child’s development and how to support them, whilst also strengthening your relationship.

Online courses included:

  • Understanding pregnancy, labour, birth and your baby
  • Understanding your baby (0 – 6 months)
  • Understanding your child (6 months – 19+ years)
  • Teenagers (understanding your brain)
  • Adults: understanding your relationships & understanding your own trauma

Duration

Complete in your own time & at your own pace for free lifetime access.
