Overview

Enfield residents have free access to a suite of online learning and resources for parents-to-be, parents, carers, grand-parents and teenagers in children’s emotional development.

These resources include information on brain development, relationships and behaviour throughout parenting from bump to teen as developed by psychologists, health professionals and parents.

Learn to understand the changes in your child’s development and how to support them, whilst also strengthening your relationship.

Online learning includes:

  • Understanding pregnancy, labour, birth and your baby
  • Understanding your baby (0 – 6 months)
  • Understanding your preterm or sick baby in hospital &
  • Understanding your preterm or sick baby now you’re home;
  • Understanding your child (6 months – 19+ years)
  • Understanding your child with additional needs
  • Teenagers (understanding your brain and feelings)
  • Adults: understanding your relationships & understanding your own trauma
