What is Circle of Security™ Parenting?
It is a supportive evidence-based group programme that helps parents and caregivers better understand children’s emotions, behaviour and need for connection.

This programme can help you:
● Strengthen your connection with your child
● Understand your child’s emotional cues and behaviours
● Build a more secure and resilient relationship
● Feel more confident and calm in your parenting
● Meet other parents/caregivers and share experiences
A gentle approach to parenting that is
● not about blaming parents/caregivers or “fixing” children
● about helping you notice what your child needs and how you can support them

Friendly 2-hour group session once per week for 8 weeks
