Parent/Carer Wellbeing

The Waiting Room

Overview

Waiting Room has been co-developed with parents and carers across North Central London.

Parents and carers are often the first people young people go to for support.

You can use the Waiting Room platform to better understand the mental health and wellbeing options available to you and the young people in your life, to learn about self-help strategies you can use now, and to build a plan to help you think about and manage your wellbeing or a young person’s wellbeing.

Explore over 300 wellbeing options for young people, parents/carers and professionals in North Central London (NCL).
